After you place an order, track it from your dashboard under My Orders. Update your name, phone, and address in Profile. Need an account first? Register or log in.

Delivery & shipping

We deliver across Tanzania. At checkout, add a clear location (area, landmarks, hospital or campus) and a phone we can call during the day. Details: Shipping & Delivery.

Payments

Pay by mobile money or bank transfer as shown at checkout. Keep the payment reference so we can match it to your order. International customers can arrange payment on WhatsApp.

Sizing & colours

Use the Size Guide and product colour swatches. If you are between sizes, we usually suggest going one size up for long shifts.
