Coverage

We deliver across Tanzania. Dar es Salaam and other main cities are usually the fastest. For towns farther out we may use partner couriers or bus offices — we will tell you which option applies before dispatch.

Timing

Most orders leave after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery days are shown at checkout and can change with location, weather, and courier capacity. We text or WhatsApp you if there is a delay.

What to write on your order

• Area, street, and a landmark (hospital, campus gate, shop, bus stand).
• A phone number we can reach during the day.
• Any gate, hostel, or ward notes the rider will need.

Receiving the parcel

Please check the package on arrival. If something is missing or damaged, contact us the same day with your order number and photos so we can fix it. Returns are covered on Returns & Exchanges.
