These terms apply when you browse MedEssentials, create an account, or place an order. Last updated August 2026.

The shop

MedEssentials sells medical clothing, tools, and accessories online and by phone or WhatsApp. Prices are shown in Tanzanian shillings (TZS) unless we say otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing or stock errors before confirming an order.

Orders

An order is a request to buy. It becomes a confirmed sale after we verify payment and stock. If an item is unavailable we will contact you to swap, wait for restock, or refund that line.

Payment

Pay by the methods shown at checkout (including mobile money and bank transfer where offered). Keep your payment reference. Orders stay pending until payment is verified.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for a reachable phone number and a clear location. Risk in the goods passes when they are handed to you or your nominated receiver. See Shipping & Delivery.

Returns

Unused items in original condition may be eligible for exchange or return as described on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Accounts

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Website use

Do not scrape, attack, or misuse the site. Product photos and copy belong to MedEssentials or our licensors. See Intellectual Property.
